The RED Lace fixed circular knitting needle series is one of ChiaoGoo's most popular. Understandable, because these circular knitting needles are very versatile. The series is available in six different lengths, from 40-150cm, so it is also ideal for (circular) knitting projects with a large number of stitches, such as blankets and shawls. In addition, these circular knitting needles are very user-friendly. For example, the matte finish prevents light from being reflected in an annoying way and the stainless steel from which the knitting needles are made is hypoallergenic, which means that they are also safe to use for most people with nickel allergies. The steel alloy is extremely strong and wear-resistant, lightweight and fully recyclable. The evenly tapered points are slightly more pointed compared to the original Knit RED circular knitting needles, which makes insertion easier. This makes these circular knitting needles very suitable for knitting patterns that require multiple stitches, such as lace patterns, studs, puffs or cables. Thanks to the mirror-smooth surface, the stitches glide smoothly over and off the needle. The knitting needles are straight (unlike those of the original Knit RED series, which have a bend in the needle from 30cm) and the transition between the knitting needle and patented RED cable is seamless. The extremely flexible (also called 'memory-free') and red nylon-coated cable consists of several steel wires, which prevents twisting, permanent kinks or deformations during knitting. The needle thickness is clearly visible with laser burned into the knitting needle.
